• วันที่สอง เป็นพิธีแห่พระเวส ในขบวนประกอบด้วย พระพุทธรูป 1 องค์ พระสงฆ์ 4 รูป นั่งบนแคร่หามตามด้วย เจ้าพ่อกวน นั่งอยู่บนกระบอกบั้งไฟ ท้ายขบวนเป็นเจ้าแม่นางเทียม กับบริวาร ชาวบ้าน และเหล่าผีตาโขน เดินตามเสด็จไปรอบเมือง ก่อนตะวันตกดิน สำหรับคนที่เล่นเป็นผีตาโขนใหญ่ ต้องถอดเครื่องแต่งกายผีตาโขนใหญ่ออกให้หมดและนำไปทิ้งในแม่น้ำหมัน ห้ามนำเข้าบ้าน เป็นการทิ้งความทุกข์ยากและสิ่งเลวร้ายไป รอจนปีหน้าฟ้าใหม่แล้วค่อยทำเล่นกันใหม่
• วันที่สาม เป็นการรวมเอางานบุญประเพณีประจำเดือนต่างๆของปีมารวมกันจัดในงานบุญหลวง ประชาชนจะมานั่งฟังเทศน์มหาชาติ 13 กัณฑ์ ที่วัดโพนชัย เพื่อเป็นการสร้างกุศลและเป็นมงคลแก่ชีวิต
